The pan-African rural women's movement "Nous Sommes la Solution" (We Are the Solution), accompanied by the social justice NGO FAHAMOU, marked these two major rural women's events on Gambian soil.

The emphasis this year is on organic farming, with environmentally-friendly agricultural practices for healthy eating.
